Terms and Conditions (International)
Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order.
MiTeGen ships international orders via Federal Express International Priority and International Economy delivery. F.O.B. Point: Ithaca, NY 14850 USA. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Customs, duties, and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery by Federal Express or billed to your Federal Express account. MiTeGen will not pay any duties, taxes or customs fees. International customers will receive an email confirmation of the order with invoice and shipping waybill number.
We will attempt to maintain stock of all items. You will be notified in the event of a backorder.
Products and prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of your order.
No minimum order is required.
Our preferred payment terms are net 30 days, but if you require other terms please email your request.
When placing your order, please be sure to provide the following information:
- Complete Bill To and Ship To addresses
- Fax, phone number, email address and name of the person to contact for delivery of the order.
- Credit Card Information (Cardholder's Name, Card Number, Expiration Date) (preferred) or Purchase order number.
- Catalog number and/or description of the product as well as the quantity needed.
- Your contact information: Name, phone, fax, email address.
