When placing your order, please be sure to provide the following information:

• Complete Bill To and Ship To addresses
• Fax, phone number, email address and name of the person to contact for delivery of the order.
• Credit Card Information (Cardholder's Name, Card Number, Expiration Date) (preferred) or Purchase order number.
• Catalog number and/or description of the product as well as the quantity needed.
• Your contact information: Name, phone, fax, email address.

We will attempt to maintain stock of all items. You will be notified in the event of a backorder.

Products and prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of your order.

No minimum order is required. To offset the high cost of processing payments via international wire transfer (averaging 35 USD per payment), we reserve the right to add shipping and handling fees to international orders.

Our preferred payment terms are net 30 days, but if you require other terms please email your request.

Shipping, customs, duties and taxes

MiTeGen ships international orders via Federal Express International Priority and International Economy delivery. F.O.B. Point: Ithaca, NY 14850 USA. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Customs, duties, and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery by Federal Express or billed to your Federal Express account. MiTeGen will not pay any duties, taxes or customs fees. International customers will receive an email confirmation of the order with invoice and shipping waybill number.

Payment

You may pay for your order by check in USD, by credit card, or by international wire transfer. Because of the high cost of processing payments via international wire transfer (averaging 35 USD per payment), we strongly request that orders under 300 USD be paid by check or credit card. We reserve the right to levy additional charges on small orders to offset wire transfer costs.
