Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order.
MiTeGen uses FedEx Express-Saver delivery, FedEx Two-Day delivery, and FedEx Priority Overnight delivery. F.O.B. Point: Ithaca, NY 14850 U.S.A. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight charges may be charged to an institutional or personal account provided an account number is given.
We will attempt to maintain stock of all items. You will be notified in the event of a backorder.
Products and prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of your order.
No minimum order is required.
Our preferred payment terms are net 30 days, but if you require other terms please email your request.
When placing your order, please be sure to provide the following information:
- Complete Bill To and Ship To addresses
- Fax, phone number, and person to contact for delivery of the order.
- Credit Card Information (Cardholder's Name, Card Number, Expiration Date) (preferred) or Purchase order number.
- Catalog number and/or description of the product as well as the quantity needed.
- Your contact information: Name, phone, fax, email address.
