JBScreen Kinase is a specialized screen formulated for the determination of initial crystallization conditions of protein kinases.
Through the use of advanced data mining, crystallization conditions of kinases have been identified from published structures. Evaluation and verification of these data has led to the formulation of 96 unique reagents, highly effective for the crystallization of kinases.
JBScreen Kinase utilizes a variety of different precipitating agents, e.g., various molecular weight PEGs, MPD and Ammonium Sulfate, in combination with buffers covering a pH range from 3.1 - 10.0 and numerous additives.
