Order Crystallization Screens: JBScreen PEG/Salt
JBScreen PEG/Salt is an effective reagent kit designed for initial screening of crystallization conditions of biological macromolecules.
High-purity PEG 3350 and PEG 5000 MME are each combined with 48 different salts, covering the range of anions and cations most frequently used in bio-crystallography. The unique combination of reagents allows screening of PEG versus ionic strength, ion type and pH.
Each JBScreen PEG/Salt kit contains 24 unique reagents of 10 ml each. All 96 reagents of JBScreen PEG/Salt 1-4 are also available in a pre-filled deep well block.
All reagents are prepared using ultrapure water and microselect grade chemicals for molecular biology, and are sterile (0.2 µm) filtered.
