JBScreen Phosphatase is a specialized crystallization screen ideally suited for phosphatases. The 96 conditions have been selected from a comprehensive survey of successfully crystallized phosphatases.
JBScreen Phosphatase utilizes several different precipitating agents, including various molecular weight PEGs, MPD and Ammonium Sulfate. These are combined with buffers covering a pH range from 4.0 to 11.0, as well as numerous additives. The reagents have been selected and indexed according to the main precipitant.
JBScreen Phosphatase is available in a pre-filled 96 deep well block or as 4 individual kits containing 24 reagents, each in 10 ml bulk format.
