4th Texas Porous Engineering Conference (TEXPEC 2025)

Jay Chesbro

Start date: December 5, 2025
End date: December 6, 2025
All-day event
Location: Richardson, TX

This conference will feature:

  • Multiple invited talks and keynote lectures from leading experts in the field
  • Poster presentations from graduate students and postdocs
  • Ample networking opportunities to foster collaboration and discussion
  • No registration fees
  • Porous functional materials continue to drive innovations across multiple disciplines. TEXPEC 2025 will bring together researchers working on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent-organic frameworks (COFs), porous organic polymers (POPs), zeolites, and related materials. The conference will provide a platform to discuss advances and challenges in the design, synthesis, optimization, and theoretical modeling of porous materials.

Our goal is to strengthen connections and collaborations among materials researchers in the Southwest and neighboring northern regions. By assembling a diverse group of scientists, we hope to foster open scientific exchange, build lasting networks, and explore joint research and funding opportunities that will contribute to the continued growth of regional materials science and education.
