Mercurated Nucleotides

The Phasing Section contains carefully selected kits containing heavy atoms suitable for experiments involving single/multiple isomorph replacement (SIR and MIR) and anomalous dispersion (SAD and MAD). In addition, there are nucleotide analogues that serve to incorporate heavy atoms into ATP/GTP-binding enzymes.

This selection of Mercury-containing nucleotides are for phasing applications with nucleotide- or DNA-binding proteins.
