Order securely online - Build your order with our secure shopping cart. When you go to checkout you have the option of paying instantly with Credit - Debit card OR choose Purchase Order and we will invoice you when your order ships. Our purchase order terms are Net 30 days. PO's must be compliant with your organizations guidelines. You can pay the invoice using Credit - Debit card or check.
Order over the telephone - Place your order over the telephone by calling us at 1-877-648-3436 (for calls within the US) and 1-607-266-8877 (for international calls.) We are available M-F 9am to 5pm EST. See below for ordering information.
Order via fax - You can fax in your order. Our fax number is 1-607-697-0400 or e-fax it to [email protected]. See below for ordering information.

For telephone, fax and mail orders we need the following information to process your order
- Complete Bill To and Ship To addresses
- Fax, phone number, and person to contact for delivery of the order.
- Credit Card Information (Cardholder’s Name, Card Number, Expiration Date) (preferred) or Purchase order number.
- Catalog number and/or description of the product as well as the quantity needed.
- Your contact information: Name, phone, fax, email address.
Order through your purchasing department - If you are required to order through the purchasing department of your institution/facility, we will work with your purchasing department to enable you to order from us. We are registered with many institutions/facilities. If we are not registered with your institution/facility, we will submit the necessary paperwork to register our company so that you can order from us. Contact us for more information.
Order through a 3rd party catalog - If you are required to order through a catalog, such as your institutions/facilities catalog or a 3rd party catalog as Fisher Scientific, Quartzy, VWR, etc... many of our products are listed in these catalogs. If you need help finding our products or do not see our product listed in one of these catalogs contact us and we will assist you.
Order through a distributor - We have an expansive network of distributors you can order from. Visit our distributors page to locate a distributor near you.
United States Government - If you are with a federal government agency or department please be aware we are a SAM approved vendor. Our Cage Code is 56L97.

MiTeGen uses UPS Ground, UPS 2nd-Day delivery, and UPS Priority Overnight delivery. F.O.B. Point: Ithaca, NY U.S.A. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight charges may be charged to an institutional or personal account provided an account number is given.
We will attempt to maintain stock of all items. You will be notified in the event of a backorder.
Products and prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of your order.

Terms and Conditions (International)
Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order.
MiTeGen ships international orders via Federal Express International Service. Typical delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Customs, duties, and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery by Federal Express or billed to your Federal Express account. MiTeGen will not pay any duties, taxes or customs fees. International customers will receive an email confirmation of the order with invoice and shipping waybill number.
