Dumont Ergonomic ESD Tweezers Style 5 Anti-Magnetic Tweezers
The alloy in these tweezers is anti-magnetic. It is composed of C, Cr, Ni and Mo. It offers a good resistance to corrosion thanks to its high concentration of molybdenum and is 80% anti-magnetic but is not as hard as Inox. Anti-magnetic is resistant up to temperatures of around 400°C (DIN 50 914) and is suitable for autoclave sterilization at 270°C.

The Dumont Ergonomic ESD Tweezers Style 5 Anti-Magnetic feature high-precision polished tips measuring 0.06 mm x 0.10 mm, designed for superior control during delicate laboratory procedures. Constructed from a specialized anti-magnetic alloy composed of Carbon, Chromium, Nickel, and Molybdenum, these tweezers offer excellent resistance to corrosion thanks to their high molybdenum concentration. They are 80% anti-magnetic, resistant to high temperatures up to 400°C (DIN 50 914), and are fully suitable for autoclave sterilization at 270°C, making them an exceptionally durable and reliable instrument for rigorous cryo-electron microscopy and structural biology workflows.
