In Situ Plate Seals
Specialty cut sealing films for In Situ diffraction analysis in crystallization plates. Consisting of 25 μm COC film & 96-hole adhesive gasket with removable liners. Pack of 10 seals.
Product Information
In Situ Plate Seals provide a specialized, high-performance barrier tailored for protein crystallization experiments that require high-quality direct diffraction analysis. These pre-cut sealing films feature an ultra-thin, highly transparent 25 µm cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) film seamlessly paired with a precise 96-hole adhesive gasket and convenient removable liners. By maintaining an airtight environment for each individual drop, they effectively eliminate the risk of evaporation and cross-contamination during prolonged crystal growth periods. Furthermore, the specialized COC film ensures maximum optical transmission for visible, UV, and X-ray wavelengths, guaranteeing uncompromised structural data collection when analyzed directly within the plate.
