Vitrobot Tweezer Repair
If your Vitrobot tweezer has become damaged you can now send it in for repair. Send in your Vitrobot tweezers and we’ll repair them.
We cannot guarantee that we will be successful in the repair. If we are not, we will not charge for the repair. There is the slight possibility that the tips could break during the repair process, in which case we will not be able to bring them back to a functional state (and we are not to be held responsible for providing a replacement).

Before ordering please send photos of the damage to [email protected] so we can determine if they are repairable.
After we have reviewed the damage, please send the tweezers in need of repair to:

It is recommended they be sent via a courier such as FedEx or UPS, where tracking information and delivery confirmation is available.
Timeline for repair: Repairs typically take 1-2 weeks after receiving the returned unit, depending on current requests. That said, we can prioritize/rush repairs if the unit is needed back in the lab more urgently.
Charges: We would bill/invoice for the repair at the time of shipping the repaired unit back to you. If ordering via CC, we may place a hold charge on the card prior to delivery.
